June 3, 2011- Atlanta – The state board that oversees the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) and its Office of Adult Education (OAE), which includes Albany Technical College, has voted to rescind a planned increase in the GED test fees for Georgia’s adult learners. They're getting some help from Albany Technical College which picked up four turtles this week to begin striping the paint and sanding them. Two turtles will be redone in honor of 23-year old D. J.
