The Human Resources Department at Albany Technical College exists to ensure the effective management of human capital through recruitment, onboarding, training, development, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and other related HR functions. The HR department also works to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to foster a productive and positive work environment for all employees.
