  1. How do I request assistance from The Hub?

    To apply, complete the Inquiry Form on this page. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed, and a team member will follow up with you regarding eligibility and next steps.

  2. Is The Hub free for all students?

    No, The Hub is not an open pantry. Access is granted after an evaluation of need. Students who qualify will receive assistance based on availability and approval.

  3. How long does it take to process a request?

    Requests are typically reviewed within two to three business days. If additional documentation is needed, processing time may take longer.

  4. How often can I request assistance?

    Approved students may access The Hub once per month for food and/or clothing assistance, depending on availability. Emergency requests outside of this timeframe will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  5. What type of food is available at The Hub?

    The pantry provides non-perishable items. Fresh or frozen items may be available depending on current donations and inventory at a future date.

  6. What kind of clothing does The Hub offer?

    • Business Casual wear, including shirts, pants, jackets and shoes
    • Professional attire for interviews and workplace settings
    • Seasonal essentials, such as coats and gloves
  7. Do I need to return the clothing?

    No. Clothing items received from The Hub are yours to keep.

  8. Who decides if I qualify for assistance?

    The Special Populations Coordinator, assesses applications based on submitted information. Final decisions are made based on demonstrated need and resource availability.

  9. Can faculty or staff refer a student for assistance?

    Yes. Faculty or staff members can submit a referral on behalf of a student who may be in need. The referred student will still need to complete an inquiry form.

  10. How can I donate to The Hub?

    We gladly accept donations of non-perishable food, new or gently used clothing, and monetary contributions to help sustain this resource. To donate, please contact:
