Job Description & Responsibilities:
Inspect and inventory shipments while checking serviceability and condition code. Verify materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies. Route materials to prescribed storage locations, as well as rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials and examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage. Utilize computer operations to inventory management tools, check shelf life and status of materials. Confirm NSN and quantity of assets. Record shelf-life data for each asset. Develop knowledge base of CBRN IPE material, including types, uses, shelf life and other criteria. Assignments to other functional areas in support of mission requirements.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. US Citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC), in depth background check conducted. Basic Computer proficiency required. Ability to lift heavy objects and have continuous mobility. Some travel may be required. Previous warehouse experience Ability to work in an industrial/warehouse environment daily. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions. Ability to work well alone and as part of a team.
