You'll accomplish all of this by: Maximizing sales in the skin care category by ensuring each guest receives exceptional, personalized service Routinely performing skin care analysis and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest experience Providing professional recommendations for products and services Booking appointments for and supporting the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience Taking the initiative to stay informed regarding new and existing industry trends, products, services, and ingredients to better serve guests Collaborating with managers and associates to help grow the business Participating in ongoing training to enable continuous professional development and drive skin care sales performance Driving sales by keeping assigned work areas replenished, signed, and faced and ensuring testers are available and maintained in compliance with hygiene standards Following all loss prevention best practices and compliance procedures Promoting Ulta Beauty loyalty and guest service programs
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have one year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Additional requirements include: Education High school diploma is preferred
