Job Description & Responsibilities:

Nightingale Home Care Inc., Nightingale Infusion Inc., Nightingale Pharmacy Inc., is looking to hire a Full Time Office Admin/ Scheduler in our Albany, GA. Office. This position would include daily tasks of managing the schedules of caregivers and pharmacy delivery with all home health aides/nurses, assisting the manager with recruitment and hiring, auditing and confirming payroll, the ability for on-call rotation, and assisting with other office tasks.

Qualifications

Qualities for our ideal Scheduler would include strong computing skills and ability to learn our Electronic Medical Record system, punctuality, ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, excellent communication with field staff and office team, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. Preferred qualifications for this position include a High School Degree or equivalent or higher, office environment experience, preferred experience in scheduling in a healthcare-related field, proficiency in the use of computers, and the ability to learn.
