Duties & Responsibilities: Ordering and purchasing Weekly and month end inventory Maintaining food cost goals Develop and oversee the production of café daily menu Complete weekly productions prop and pull sheets Training and scheduling of café staff Maintain quality service and quality food Adhere to cash handling procedures for register and safe Maintain professional uniform appearance

Qualifications

Must have retail experience in the restaurant industry, experience in a healthcare setting a strong plus!

Salary:

$50,000 to $55,000
