Job Description & Responsibilities:
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides care to patients with end-stage renal disease, supporting clinical staff throughout the dialysis treatment process to deliver prescribed treatments. Our PCTs are an integral part of the interdisciplinary team in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes for every patient.
Qualifications
Qualifications Successful Candidates Bring: Excellent communication skills Desire to collaborate with care teams Ability to problem solve Education/Training: High school diploma or GED required Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required CNA, EMT, medical assistant, CNT and/or phlebotomy skills desired DCI provides a 3-month comprehensive education program, including classroom group sessions and one-on-one skills training Dialysis experience not required, job shadow opportunities available
