Job Description & Responsibilities:
Utilizes data analysis/problem solving skills to resolve complex issues that impact daily workflows within Patient Access and the Revenue Cycle. Provides supervisory leadership and New Hire/Existing staff training to staff in all patient access areas, both on site and remote sites.
Qualifications
Associates Degree in Business OTHER INFORMATION: Two (2) years of healthcare leadership experience in lieu of education accepted. * CHAA certification must be obtained within 12 months of the hire date.
