Job Description & Responsibilities:

The Office Filing Clerk is responsible for filing and organization office records. This requires positive team interaction, while focusing on Southern Wholesale Glass' commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. This is a part-time or full-time position. Essential Functions: Filing and organizational skills. Partner with other inside sales and outside sales manager and the management team to foster a collaborative work environment. Perform other work-related duties as assigned. Responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, and to take reasonable care of their own health.

Qualifications

Great attention to detail. High school diploma or GED is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
