Job Description & Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY: The Receptionist/Office Coordinator is responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. This position will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, and requisition of office supplies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner and assign/maintain visitor badges Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions Answer all incoming calls and ensure all phone calls are redirected accordingly Manage and direct all incoming emails through the company information email Assist with planning of general company events Plan and communicate monthly celebrations, such as birthday celebrations, employment anniversaries, etc. Manage service awards by sending out congratulation emails and coordinating gifts Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as needed by Senior Management Pick up, sort, stamp and, deliver mail to the post office daily; handle UPS/FedEx packages and other deliveries Maintain access cards and building keys Generate and track purchase orders for all employees Handle Amazon points program Process weekly supply orders for the office Maintain the Company’s phone directory Participate in developing and improving company culture Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications

COMPETENCIES: Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Excellent phone etiquette Computer literate and ability to learn new systems, programs, and software applications Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Professional appearance/business casual QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent 2 or more years of Receptionist experience Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Ability to successfully pass a background check
