Job Description & Responsibilities:

Assist in developing compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials that align with the brand’s identity and resonate with target audiences. Provide support for digital marketing endeavors, including internal and external communications, and handle requests for standard graphics, logos, etc. Support the marketing team in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and events. Attend meetings and assist in taking accurate and detailed notes, ensuring all important discussions, decisions, and action items are documented. Contribute to the development and execution of targeted email campaigns to engage both prospective and existing guests. Provide administrative support for various Marketing Department needs, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, filing expenses and check requests / invoice processing, and managing department’s electronic files ensuring all materials are tracked and saved in the appropriate locations. Track department requests to ensure timely and complete handling of projects. Assist with proofreading hotel communications and materials. Support and serve as back-up to the website and social media teams, making necessary updates and posts as required. Support the marketing team in promoting and executing high-profile events hosted by the hotel, ensuring maximum visibility among target audiences. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Assist in ad hoc production of various marketing-related projects, including Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations. Support marketing team members in various tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools; competence in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Competence in Microsoft Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Self-motivated and eager to learn. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Passion for luxury hospitality and a keen understanding of the expectations of high-end clientele.
