Job Description & Responsibilities:

The Learning Management System (LMS) Helpdesk Specialist reporting to the Director of Distance Learning will work closely with the LMS Administrator to support the continuous operation of the university-wide LMS.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Computer Science, Instructional Technology, or a related field At least two years of experience working in an online learning environment.

Salary:

$29,569 to $40,000
