Job Description & Responsibilities:

The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for overseeing inventory but not limited to managing the weekly cycle counting process, and the yearly physical inventory. Responsible for preparing for and assisting bank auditor, bin management, creating bill of material items, and investigating related issues. Complete shipping process through the system and distribute documents to various parties within the company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform weekly inventory cycle counts, reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports, and communicate results to management. Assist warehouse and operations management with the preparation for and execution of yearly physical inventory. Assist warehouse management in the safe placement of inventory, including but not limited to chemicals. Work with warehouse management and CSR's by investigating issues with sales orders, purchase orders. Assist with freight claims in a timely manner utilizing online company portal as needed. Handle inventory adjustments in Navision, Send weekly cycle counts reports. Oversee the RMA and returned product processing.

Qualifications

High school diploma, or equivalent Military or practical experience. 3+ years' experience in inventory control. Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of Navision preferred. 1+ year sit down forklift and order picker /cherry picker experience. Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
