Job Description & Responsibilities:

Answering Phones. Data entry. Daily assistance/interaction with hourly and Management employees. Assist in resolving employee issues. Communications with both internal and external departments. General Office Duties: Daily Attendance Tracking of all company employees. Manage employee requests for time off. Filing as required. Organize and manage company Quarterly Newsletter. Other duties as assigned. This is a safety sensitive position. This is an ON-SITE position.

Qualifications

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel. Proficient data entry skills. Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills. Exemplary work history and attendance with previous employers. Ability to maintain confidentiality is critical. Team Player with good communication skills. Professional attitude and conduct. English/Spanish Bilingual Skills a plus. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
