Job Description & Responsibilities:
Serves as the Assistant Superintendent’s secretary, handling calendars, paperwork, and other necessary tasks. Manages telephone calls, transmits messages, routes calls to appropriate persons. Maintains confidentiality of student and employee information with visitors and via telephone. Prepares materials and makes copies as requested. Assists in setting up for meetings as directed. Participates in special projects as assigned. Works with the Assistant Superintendent – HR and the HR Assistant.
Qualifications
State approved High School Equivalency; Post-secondary training preferred Five (5) years of secretarial experience Strong oral and written communication skills Computer skills Good interpersonal skills
