Job Description & Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Human Resources Manager. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance. Interns may average between 8 to 20 hours per week depending on the criteria developed by their Institution for credit hours.

Qualifications

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. Administers and provides assistance and information on matters pertaining to recruitment and selection, compensation, benefits, payroll, training and employee relations/EEO. Plans, organizes, schedules, communicates and conducts various meetings, seminars, job and or benefit fairs, community events, programs and trainings related to Human Resources.

Salary:

10.00 Per Hour
