Job Description & Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and clerical support to department or unit. Acts as a point of contact to other departments, students, faculty, customers, and outside agencies/vendors on behalf of department or unit administrators. Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties, to include data management, correspondence, filing, calendar management, event scheduling, mail distribution, answering phones, organizing mail, and purchasing supplies

Qualifications

An AA degree is required. However, in lieu of a degree, A combination of training and experience will be accepted with a minimum of 2-years’ experience as a clerical assistant at the collegiate level. One year of using Microsoft Office Word and excel. Must have at least two (2) years computer experience. Must have at least two (2) years of clerical or office administrative experience;

Salary:

$29,569 to $37,000
