Job Description & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project Manager of the ASURams Global Connecting Minority Communities (CMC) grant, the Global Outreach Helpdesk Specialist will assist ASURams Global in building and maintaining a strong social media presence. Responsibilities include creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms to engage a global audience and achieve ASURams Global goals. This role will also provide helpdesk support by monitoring social media channels, responding to inquiries, providing customer service support, collecting feedback, and maintaining the ASURams Global brand.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related field At least two years of experience in developing and managing professional online content.

Salary:

$29,569 to $40,000
