Qualifications
High school diploma or GED AND One year of experience in building repairs and maintenance or in the specific area of assignment. Note: Some positions may require area specific certifications/licenses. Completion of a vocational-technical school program in a skilled trade will substitute for the required experience.

Entry Salary: $36,246.27 Pay Grade Max: $41,803.06
