Job Description & Responsibilities:

Position Summary: Responsible for the supervision, training, and management of all campus food service operations. Ensure that appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served. Meet time constraints set by school menu requirements. Meet and enforce health codes of city and state agencies.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED ● Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. ● Must be able to bend, lift, twist, stoop, pull, and push constantly. ● Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. ● Must be able to lift and stock frozen cases of foods. ● Must be able to operate effectively in a stressful environment. ● Must be able to operate computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Google Docs. ● Must possess good math skills and be able to keep detailed records. ● Must have the ability to communicate effectively with students and adults. ● Must be ServSafe certified
