Food Service Assistant Manager

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Aids site manager in the supervision, training, and management of all campus food service operations. Ensure that appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served. Meet time constraints set by school menu requirements and meet and enforce health codes of city and state agencies.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED ● At least two years food service experience, preferably in school nutrition. ● Must possess good math skills and the ability to keep detailed records ● Must have the ability to communicate effectively with students and adults. ● Must be ServSafe certified. ● Ability to supervise other nutrition personnel when the manager is not on site. ● Must know how to operate and maintain equipment.
