Job Description & Responsibilities:
POSITION SUMMARY The Supervisor for Powerworks is responsible for the supervision of custodial team members and making sure that all assigned/designated facilities meet contract requirements. The Supervisor directs and coordinates job activities of the janitorial service contracts to ensure contract goals are accomplished per specifications. The individual in this role should display a high degree of customer service with Base personnel, sound judgment, confidentiality, diplomacy and an ability to maintain an environment of structure and a consistently high level of productivity. The individual in this role will also be responsible for administrative duties as required for the successful supervision of teams assigned.
