Job Description & Responsibilities:
Assemble and prep new units for customers. Diagnose, maintain, and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, PWC, and Side-by-Sides. Diagnose and repair two-stroke and four-stroke engines. Remove and replace engine components and frame/body parts. Conduct preventative and regular maintenance as per manufacturer specifications. Provide repair estimates for internal and external customers. Inspect vehicles for additional services and recommend necessary repairs. Prepare detailed parts and labor lists for each job. Operate diagnostic tools, including eddy dynamometers, and perform test rides to verify successful repairs. Communicate diagnostic results and repair recommendations to the Service Manager or customers when needed. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications
Motorcycle endorsement or ability to obtain one. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Experience as a trained, properly equipped technician. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Passion for Powersports and willingness to learn. Motorcycle License (Preferred). Driver's License (Required).
