This facility operates six days a week with potential for overtime.Benefits Effective Day 1.This position is responsible for assisting the supervisor with product flow, process efficiency, and product quality while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Team Member is responsible for monitoring the audits done in the slicing room. Team Member will conduct timely checks for metal detection, collect samples, label verification and other varying audits as needed within the Slicing Department as deemed necessary by management. Must have good communication and organizational skills to ensure the process is followed in compliance with product processing procedures and regulations. • All Team Members are to follow all Safety and Food Safety Procedures. Must be willing to work overtime as needed. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Must be willing and able to lift up to 10 pounds. The Team Member will push/pull loaded bins with hand jack. The Team Member will work in a cold and damp or dry environment. The Team Member will perform repetitive motions, reaching above shoulders, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, climbing, standing and walking.
