Customer Service Representative – National Remote

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Conducts outreach to qualified patients in a confidential manner with strict adherence to policies and procedures Articulates clinical services effectively, leading to patient engagement and program participation Performs data entry and complete written documentation of calls Maintains department productivity levels for customer satisfaction and performance goals Communicates positively and professionally with patients, providers, and team members Answers a multiple line telephone system and triage the call to the appropriate party Completes administrative duties to include processing mail and faxes Performs other projects, work, and activities as assigned to ensure continuous service to our patients and clients

Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 year or older 2+ years of customer service experience Ability to work full time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 10:30am – 7:00pm CST or 9:00am – 5:30pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of call center experience Knowledge of Microsoft Word (modifying documents) Microsoft Excel (ability to modify and maintain spreadsheets) Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish Sales experience
