Job Description & Responsibilities:
Position Summary The duties of a Customer Service Representative are to greet and listen to customer requests and concerns. A Customer Service Representative develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and promptly. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES · None Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Greets customers in a professional and friendly way Resolve customer complaints and concerns Obtains customer information and determines need for various types of vehicle repair Verify extended warranty or factory warranty before customer's appointment Schedules appointments Research information on problem repair orders Process Repair Orders Follow up with technicians about vehicle status Keep customers updated on vehicle status Arrange and coordinate loaner vehicles, when applicable Processes customer payments Assisting colleagues and other employees with administrative duties Answer telephones, Stocking shelves and perform other clerical duties Establish and maintain customer profiles Prepare claim forms Maintain inventory and supplies Perform accurate company-required recordkeeping Correspond with outside vendors for payment Prepare receipts and shipping documents · Other duties as assigned by management Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) · High school diploma or general education degree (GED) · One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience · Prior experience with customer service · Previous experience in the automotive industry · Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Familiar with current product lines and customer base · Excellent customer relationship skills · Organizational skills · Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, and software manuals · Ability to write routine reports and correspondence · Ability to multitask, work in high-stress settings
Qualifications
