Job Description & Responsibilities:
This position plays an important role in the manufacturing process. We are seeking a skilled Custom Interior Door Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes on interior doors. .Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. Installation of equipment to assist with transporting and spraying doors. Apply high-quality paint finishes using spray equipment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Repair and restore damaged doors as needed. Conduct final inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards. Maintain inventory of paints and supplies, cleaning equipment to ensure proper application. Coordinates with others to ensure projects are completed within established time frames. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proven experience in custom painting, preferably with wood building materials. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Experience with power tools preferred.
