Job Description & Responsibilities:

Perform all teaching duties and demonstrate competencies, knowledge of current safety/culinary procedures and skills in Culinary Arts program courses. Will be responsible for evaluation of student performance, progress, and procedural competencies. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, based on class times, including some evening and weekend assignments. Some travel may be required to off-sites of the college.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts or closely related field from a regionally accredited college or university *and* three (3) years within the last seven (7) years’ work experience in the culinary field. Serve Safe Manager Certification. The candidate must have great interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in the use of computer applications, highly organized, willing to work a flexible schedule. All positions require a pre-employment criminal background investigation and employee/professional reference check. Valid driver’s license required.
