Job Description & Responsibilities:
Assisting physician in providing quality care to patients with a focus on cosmetic procedures. Maintain patients' medical records. Review medical history. Obtain appropriate consents. Call in prescriptions. Perform patient call backs. Other duties may include: Screening patients and employees daily upon entry. Checking patients In and Out. Rooming patients and keeping social distancing guidelines. Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Sanitizing and cleaning respective areas as needed.
Qualifications
Customer service experience required. Must be computer literate. CPR certification strongly preferred or ability to obtain certification within 4 weeks of employment. Ability to learn and understand medical terminology and vital signs. At least one year of Dermatology experience preferred. MA certificate of completion/diploma from medical vocational program preferred.
