Job Description & Responsibilities:

Job Summary The work consists of varied communication and dispatch duties. The high-stress nature of emergency situations contributes to the complexity of the position. The purpose of this position is to dispatch response to calls for service. Success in this position helps ensure students and faculty receive help in emergency and non-emergency situations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications Educational Requirements High school Diploma or GED equivalent required. Other Required Qualifications Must be 18 years of age. Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving record Must be able to communicate effectively (orally and written) Preferred Qualifications Experience with a law enforcement or public safety agency helpful.

Salary:

$26,275 to $30,000
