Job Description & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities: This position will be the first face customers see when they come into the office Get repair authorization forms signed Explain the repair process to customers Answer any questions and explain the repair process to customers Answer all phone calls and set tows up for customers Verify insurance claim coverage Verify insurance payments have been sent to customers Assist office personnel with any paperwork, filing, and insurance issues Receive money for repairs, deductibles, and self pay Take all cash to the dealership each day to put in the safe Other duties as assigned Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Qualifications

Qualifications 1+ year of professional experience or internship Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Office Positive attitude and eagerness to improve Driven personality and able to be successful in an individual and team setting Ability to meet deadlines
