Job Description & Responsibilities:

The duties of an Automotive Accounting Clerk are keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements, and a variety of clerical tasks.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) · High school education office experience required · Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field preferred · Exceptional organization and time management skills · Work independently or with a group · Multitask efficiently · High attention to details, ability to take directions, self-check and follow up on work · Basic data base experience, 10key by touch, calculator · Able to enter accurate financial /numerical data · Analytical and critical problem-solving skills · Basic knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, QuickBooks, or other accounting software · Ability to apply discretion, trust with confidential company information
