Job Description & Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities Under broad supervision, this position performs a variety of general secretarial, clerical, and administrative functions in support of the department and related personnel. Duties include, but not limited to, collecting/posting payments, completing daily money reports, assisting in Vital Records, answering phones, operating standard office equipment, updating databases, providing program information, filing, completing monthly/quarterly reports and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED AND Four (4) years of progressively complex office or administrative experience.
