Key Responsibilities: Work in Word and Excel to build reports, track data, and complete markups. Process invoices and build purchase orders in automated systems while maintaining positive vendor relationships Coordinate and maintain files and records; perform data entry of specific departmental information. Gather and maintain information/data to support periodic and special reports for the area of responsibility as advised; make copies and distribute. Support a team, including our project manager and his team of maintenance and utility technicians by serving as the local authority on corporate policy and software. Attend staff, committee, and other professional meetings to exchange information, represent supervisor, or take minutes; transcribe and distribute copies of minutes to appropriate personnel; prioritize and coordinate meetings; and prepare meeting agendas/packages.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience required. One year of college or specialized vocational training in public administration, accounting, secretarial skills, computer technology, business administration, or a closely related field is preferred. Organized approach to tasks with a detailed work style. Proficient digital literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
