Job Description & Responsibilities:

The Dougherty County Facilities Management Department has a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant. Essential Tasks Employee in this position is responsible for, but not limited to: assisting department management with general reception, preparing reports, correspondence, and other materials; entering and retrieving information from department databases; maintaining automated and manual files; and assisting callers, customers, and/or visitors.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent with four (4) years of administrative or clerical experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
