Job Responsibilities: Assist with day to day business operations. Perform administrative tasks, answering telephones. Carry out necessary job functions, utilizing different computer and software programs. Outstanding oral and written communication skills are highly preferred. Should be proactive. Must be able to work independently, friendly and well=mannered. Must be organized and handle information with discretion and confidentially. Ability to multitask, self-motivated and a quick learner. Must have a valid driver's license.
