Job Description & Responsibilities:

Full Job Description Take incoming phone calls and distribute to appropriate departments - Take messages when needed Process invoices and reports then send to customers - included will be the coordination of documents for several larger customers Process vendor invoices in Quickbooks Prepare daily bank deposits and balance credit card statements Provide assistance with bid preparations Maintain and order office supplies Assist walk-in customers picking up product Account Receivable Responsibilities We are searching for a detail-oriented person to assist our departments with collections of payment on goods sold or services rendered. Accounts Receivable and contacting customers will be a daily task.

Qualifications

Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently Must be familiar with Quickbooks, Excel, Google Drive & Microsoft Office.
