Natalie Thomas Nursing, Instructor
Natalie Thomas is a highly experienced nurse and an esteemed instructor at Albany Technical College. Her vast clinical background spans over 29 years in various Medical/Surgical settings and 13 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner. On the educational front, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and two master’s degrees from Albany State University, one as a Family Nurse Practitioner and the other in Nursing Education. Her professional roles extend beyond nursing to encompass being a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Nurse Educator, with credentials from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Natalie has been an instructor for the past eight years, demonstrating her commitment to educating the next generation of nurses. Her teaching philosophy is centered on the sharing of her substantial reservoir of knowledge, wisdom, character, and professionalism without compromise. She believes in instilling these values in her students to prepare them for successful nursing careers. Natalie's passion for nursing, coupled with her dedication to teaching, makes her an invaluable asset to Albany Technical College and a significant contributor to the future of the nursing profession.
