Dr. Latrona Lanier Associate of Science Nursing Director

Latrona Lanier, PhD, RN, CNE, is an accomplished and highly regarded professional in the field of nursing education. She serves as the ASN Program Director at Albany Technical College, leading with her wealth of knowledge and expertise. Dr. Lanier began her educational journey with an Associate of Science in Nursing from Darton College in 1993. She continued her studies at Albany State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1998 and a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Clinical Nurse Education, in 2006. In 2013, she achieved the pinnacle of academic success, a PhD in Nursing Research, from Georgia State University in Atlanta.

Dr. Lanier's contributions to nursing education are notable, demonstrating her commitment to academic excellence and her drive to advance the field of nursing. Her extensive educational background, coupled with her experience, has established her as a distinguished and respected member of the faculty at Albany Technical College.
