Representatives from West Georgia Consortium graduate from Albany Technical College

cuthbertgrads.jpgMay 11, 2009 - Eight members of the West Georgia Consortium recently completed Albany Technical College’s Certified Customer Service Specialist (CCSS) Program, and some took part in ATC’s Spring Graduation held on April 24, 2009.



The West Georgia Consortium is made up of representatives from six housing authorities in Cuthbert, Shellman, Fort Gaines, Arlington, Edison and Blakely.  The CCSS program was held at Albany Tech’s Randolph County Learning Center in Cuthbert. The technical certificate of credit program focused on customer service training, business etiquette and basic computer skills. Dr. Steve Eidson taught the course.



Jennifer Davis, Louise Williams, Kevin Wilson, Debi McDade, Dennis McDade, Gracie Worlds, James Taylor and Janel Edwards completed the course.
