Sept. 6, 2012– ALBANY, GA- Today, the Dougherty County Retired Educators Association presented Albany Tech President, Dr. Anthony O. Parker, with a scholarship check for $1300. The check will go into the Albany Tech Foundation's scholarship fund to provide funds for students in need.
