ATC Students Win at SkillsUSA State Competition

April 19, 2013- ALBANY, GA- Four Albany Technical College students brought home awards during the SkillsUSA State Competition held in Atlanta March 21-23, 2013.


All students received medals in the following program areas: Sharonda Bussey (Third Place, Dental Assisting); Ernest Brown (First Place, Masonry); Kristina Mathis (Second Place, Medical Math); and De'Keria King (Second Place, Cosmetology).


Ernest Brown, who won First Place in Masonry, has qualified to compete in the National Championship in Kansas City, MO, where he will compete against other students from different states.
