Albany Tech nursing students remember GSU nursing students

April 28, 2015- Albany, GA from WALB- Those nursing graduates also held a moment of silence Tuesday night for the five Georgia Southern University nursing students killed in a car crash last week.

They were on their way to their final day of clinical's at a Savannah hospital when they were caught up in a pileup on I-16 in Bryan County.

"And we know a lot of times we forget different things that they have to go through. The travels they may have to go prior to clinical, so it's very important. It kind of puts us in a mind of our students when they have to wake up early in the morning time to travel or get on the road late at night time," said Schvon Bussey, Associate of Science Nursing Director

One of the students, Leesburg native Morgan Bass was laid to rest yesterday in Americus.
