The GOAL program recognizes exceptional technical college students from across the state for their academic excellence and personal achievement. The program also spotlights the important role of technical training in our economy.

The seven nominees include: Kelly Morris (Radiologic Technology); Brandon Bass (Radiologic Technology); Rodriquez Thomas (Early Childhood Care and Education); Patrick Jenkins (Environmental Horticulture); Beverly Jenkins (Environmental Horticulture); Stephanie Wright (Accounting); and Chancy Davis (Marketing Management). Four finalists will be chosen from this seven and will be interviewed by a panel from the Albany Chamber of Commerce in another week. One winner out of the four will be selected at a Rotary luncheon later in the month. This winner will represent Albany Technical College at a regional GOAL ceremony in March to be held at Altamaha Tech.
