Albany Technical College to Host High School Partners Breakfast

ALBANY, GEORGIA – Albany Technical College (ATC) will host a High School Partners breakfast on Thursday, January 25, 2018, beginning at 7:30 a.m. in the Kirkland Conference Center on campus. The purpose of the event is to educate high school counselors within Albany Tech’s Service Delivery Area (SDA) of dual enrollment and other academic offerings at the college.

ALBANY, GEORGIA – Today at Albany Rotary’s weekly meeting, a panel formed by the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce, named Albany Tech’s 2018 Georgia Occupational Award of Leadership (GOAL) winner. Julianna Matthews, Carpentry student at Albany Tech, will represent Albany Technical College for 2018 as the GOAL Student of the Year.

Chef Airis Johnson Visit with Albany Technical College Culinary Students to Celebrate MLK Day Health Fair in Southwest Georgia

Albany, Georgia – Chef Airis Johnson, a nationally recognized chef and food blogger, and Chopped Food Network winner, will visit with Culinary Arts students and Program Chair and Chef Todd White on Thursday, January 11, 2017, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Culinary Arts kitchen in the Logistics Education Center on the Albany Tech campus.

Albany, Georgia – Albany Technical College (ATC) recently appointed three new faculty program chairs to head up academic programs. Dr. Angela Leverett for Health Information Technology program; Edrian Mallory for Drafting Technology; and Lisa Stephens for Radiologic Technology.
