The Phlebotomy Technical Certificate course is an introduction to blood collecting Techniques and processing specimens. Emphasis is placed on the knowledge and skills needed to collect all types of blood samples from hospitalized patients. Phlebotomy technicians typically work in concert with clinical laboratory personnel and other health care providers in hospitals or other health care facilities.
